Please note: To sign up for Citizens' download, you will need to have the following information available during the ordering process:

• Your Federal Employer ID Number(s) (FEIN)
• Your Citizens Agency ID Number(s)
• Your Agency Management System Vendor Name and Platform
• Your IVANS Account and User Id, if you are currently using IVANS download with other companies
